With these photographs I sought to capture moments that inspired me. I view the creation as a great treasure chest with countless gems waiting to be uncovered. I’m often drawn to coastal related subjects and have always loved its atmosphere, drama and beauty. There’s the tension element as it ever changes yet remains the same year in year out. The tide has washed away yesterday’s footsteps and the sand is fresh again. As people we subconsciously or consciously long to be renewed and refreshed from the cares of the day and all that the world throws at us. The creation with all its beauty and drama in this sense can be a wonderful healer and restorer for our souls. I hope you enjoy these images. GM
